Nashville knows brunch. Hot chicken biscuits, loaded biscuits and gravy, bourbon-spiked everything — it's all great. But what if your next Saturday morning looked a little more... Parisian?
Let's be real: this city does not need another brunch restaurant. Nashville has a hundred of them and most of them are very, very good.
So we didn't open just another brunch restaurant.
Sweet Paris is a French crêperie and café that's been a Houston obsession for over 13 years. We built a fanbase so loyal they literally asked us to follow them when they moved to other cities. Now we're finally in Nashville — right in the heart of Nashville Yards, on the first level of The Pinnacle, along the Signal Crossing pedestrian street. Steps from Union Station. Minutes from Broadway. And absolutely worth rearranging your Saturday plans for.

We get it. Nashville's food identity runs deep — and it should. No one's trying to replace your go-to hot chicken spot or that biscuit place you've been going to since 2017.
But here's the thing: sometimes you wake up on a Saturday and you don't want hot chicken. Sometimes you want a torched crème brûlée crêpe with caramelized apples, a frozen mimosa, and an interior that looks like it was airlifted from the streets of Paris. Sometimes you want to sit in a gorgeous café with your people and take your sweet time over breakfast crêpes that are served until 3 p.m. — because brunch shouldn't have a deadline.
That's what Sweet Paris is. A different lane entirely. And Nashville's been missing it.
The menu at Sweet Paris is massive. Not in a "we do too many things" way — in a "there's genuinely something perfect for every person at the table" way.
The sweet crêpes are the showstoppers. The Apple Cinnamon Crème Brûlée gets torched tableside — vanilla cream, caramelized apples, dulce de leche, and cinnamon. It's dramatic and delicious and it's going on your story. The Dubai Chocolate crêpe is drenched in Belgian chocolate and pistachio sauce, filled with kunafa crunch, and topped with pistachio and vanilla bean ice cream. The S'mores crêpe has torched marshmallows and graham crackers and it tastes like summer camp got a Parisian upgrade.
The savory crêpes are where people get surprised. A lot of folks walk in thinking crêpes are dessert. Then they try the Philly Cheesesteak crêpe — ribeye steak, provolone sauce, mushrooms, onions, bell peppers — and they never make that mistake again. The Cali Truffle has turkey, truffle oil, avocado, jalapeños, and spring mix. The Ham & Gruyère is a French classic with smoked ham, gruyère, dijon, oregano, and béchamel. These are full meals, not snacks.
The breakfast crêpes are served until 3 p.m. and they're what makes weekend mornings here feel special. The Croque Madame is scrambled eggs, gruyère, smoked ham, and béchamel folded into a crêpe. Le Mexicano brings scrambled eggs, queso fresco, spiced carnitas, chipotle, avocado, and cilantro. The Houstonian is loaded with eggs, mozzarella, bacon, sausage, potatoes, and jalapeños — named after the city that started it all.
The croffles deserve a moment. A croffle is a croissant pressed into a waffle iron, and it's one of those things that makes you wonder why nobody thought of it sooner. The French Toast croffle comes with brown sugar, cinnamon, strawberries, blackberries, and maple syrup. The Hot Aioli Toast has avocado, feta, crispy bacon, an egg, and arugula on a croffle base.

Sweet Paris has a full bar and a signature drink menu that honestly deserves its own visit.
The Mimosa Bucket serves four people and is the foundation of any solid group brunch. Frozen mimosas are available for Nashville's increasingly warm Saturdays. Then there's La Vie en Rosé — rosé wine blended with strawberries, green apple, mint, and rose essence. The Cannes is a raspberry-mango frozen mimosa with tajín. The St. Tropez mixes lavender and strawberry into something frozen and ridiculously pretty.
If you're more of a coffee-first person, the signature lattes are wild. The Nutella Latte is exactly what it sounds like and tastes even better than you're imagining. The Iced French Toast Latte has cinnamon and vanilla cold foam. The Tiramisu Latte comes with a pirouette cookie. And the Iced Lavender Dreams Matcha is as photogenic as it is delicious — premium Japanese matcha, lavender, and milk with a lavender cloud on top.

Nashville parents: we know the struggle. Finding a restaurant your kids want to go to that isn't a sensory overload zone where you leave more exhausted than when you arrived.
Sweet Paris has a kids menu that's actually fun. Nutella crêpes. PB&J crêpes. Pepperoni Pizza crêpes. Dulce de Leche crêpes. And The Little Parisian — strawberries and banana with their choice of Nutella, dulce de leche, or maple syrup. Your kids think they're eating dessert. You're sipping a frozen rosé cocktail in a beautiful French café. This is what winning at parenthood looks like.
There's something about Sweet Paris that's hard to describe until you experience it. The French industrial chic design — think chandeliers, warm lighting, an open kitchen where you can watch the crêpes being made — it makes you slow down. It doesn't feel like a restaurant trying to turn tables. It feels like a place that wants you to stay, order another round, and actually enjoy your morning.
It's also beautiful. Like, genuinely photogenic from every angle. The interior, the food, the drinks — this is one of those places where you don't have to try to get a good photo because everything just looks that way naturally. Nashville gets this. The city loves a space with personality, and Sweet Paris has plenty.
